Hello.
I went to the step you told me to go (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE
2. You will see there is a String Value called: EnableDCOM
Set the value to: N (it should currently be Y)
But my “N” was already there, even though I didn’t do anything, and I’m still getting an error, can you tell me another way to fix the problem?

i got the problem fixed but now my internet speed goes to zero and no web page opens after a while wen i connect to internett… plzzz helpp

I am also facing the same problem in one of my PC but not other.
Will try the solution suggested, but its not clear to my why this problem in one computer and not in the other.

I was looking for a solution and may sites are suggesting it to be a malware.
